ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Emma Woods is a Northern Gold Coast local and the founding principal lawyer of Woods Law Group. She has practiced law in Queensland and London, with listed, privately owned and government organisations.
Emma is a Griffith University alumni and holds a Bachelor of Arts & Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
Emma is the current President of the Northern Gold Coast Business Connections association and is proud to be a founding director and interim CEO (past) of the Australian Institute for Intergenerational Practice.
Annalyse Rowe – Solicitor – LL.B. (hons), Grad Dip. Legal Practice and B.Bus
Annalyse is a solicitor practising in property law and wills and estates. She assists clients with a range of matters including residential conveyancing, estate planning, and estate administration.
Annalyse works closely with individuals, families and small business owners to ensure legal matters are handled efficiently and with care.
She understands that transactions involving property or planning for the future can be significant life events, and she focuses on making the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible for her clients.
Her work in property law includes assisting clients with buying and selling residential and commercial property, reviewing contracts, and guiding clients through the conveyancing process from start to finish.
In wills and estates, she helps clients prepare wills and enduring powers of attorney, and assists executors and beneficiaries with estate administration.
Annalyse is committed to providing practical advice and clear communication so that clients feel confident and informed throughout the legal process.
Kelly Dunn – Conveyancer – c.dec
Kelly is an experienced conveyancer who supports clients through the buying and selling process with a calm and reassuring approach.
She understands that property transactions can sometimes feel stressful, particularly for first home buyers, and she focuses on making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Kelly works closely with clients, real estate agents and lenders to ensure each matter progresses efficiently from contract to settlement. She takes pride in keeping clients informed, answering questions along the way, and providing steady support during what is often a significant milestone.
